If you have a child that would like to be in the same session as their older / younger sibling, then please let us know

We will be filming videos of our masterclasses. If you don’t want your child to be in the video, please let us know and we will make sure NOT to film them

Morning Session:
09:45 - Arrival / Sign In
10:00 - Group Warm-up + Session STARTS
10:15 - 3 x 20 Minute Rotations
11:15 - GAMES
11:45 - Q&A with the Coaches
12:00 - Session FINISHES

Afternoon Session:
12:45 - Arrival / Sign In
13:00 - Group Warm-up + Session STARTS
13:15 - 3 x 20 Minute Rotations
14:15 - GAMES
14:45 - Q&A with the Coaches
15:00 - Session FINISHES

BOOKING and PAYMENT:

All bookings must be made online and will be confirmed via email upon receipt of full payment. Bookings can only be made by individuals aged 18 or over

MEDICAL ATTENTION:

A first aid kit will be available on-site for minor injuries. In case of a serious incident, emergency services will be contacted, and parents/guardians will be informed immediately. By completing the booking form, you agree to any necessary medical treatment needed fo your child.

It is essential that we are informed of any medical or dietary informatio for all participants. Updated information must be forwarded in writing if any changes occur following the completion of the booking form.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Coaching Grid and Cranleigh School reserve the right to cancel a masterclass up to three days before it starts. In such cases, a full refund or alternative session will be offered. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent a Coach from being able to attend, they will be replaces by a suitably qualified and experienced alternative. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing.

Refunds are provided as follows:

• Over 2 weeks before start date = FULL refund
• 8 to 14 days before start date = 50% refund
• 0 to 7 days before the start or during the masterclass = 0% refund

PHOTOGRAPHY and FILMING:

Participants may be photographed or filmed during the sessions for social media or marketing purposes. Please indicate on the form if you object to this. If left unanswered, we will assume consent.

INSURANCE:

All participants are encouraged to have insurance that covers medical emergencies and cancellations.

WELFARE:

The safety and wellbeing of all participants is of utmost importance. The Coaching Grid is committed to safeguarding young people.

BEHAVIOUR:

Unacceptable behaviour may result in participants being sent home without a refund. This ensures a positive environment for everyone.

SAFETY:

All participants must adhere to safety regulations and follow any emergency procedures as instructed by a member of The Coaching Grid.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS or INJURY:

The Coaching Grid and Cranleigh School are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Valuable items remain the owner's responsibility.

SMOKING:

All of our locations are non-smoking campuses. Visitors must comply with this regulation.

DATA PROTECTION:

The Coaching Grid uses your information to improve services and communication. We will never sell your data and will keep it secure.
