Hey my name is Grace! A GB 7s and Harlequins rugby player. I’ve been professional for 2 years now and am loving every second! I’ve recently found my love for coaching, specifically speed and agility, aiming to get you faster by developing your decision making ability through game specific situations.

I have recently just competed in the Olympics for the GB 7s team in Paris. The lessons I learnt during that time, has taught me a lot, and I can't wait to share that knowledge with the next generation!
