Rory Teague

About Me 

I’ve been fortunate to build a wealth of experience in international rugby coaching, starting from my early days as a professional player, where I made my try-scoring debut at 18.

An injury at 26 led me to transition into coaching. I started at Harrow School and then moved to the Saracens Academy, where I worked with some of England’s best young players, helping to shape the academy into one of Europe’s top programs.

My growing reputation led to a role with the RFU, coaching the England U20s to a Junior World Cup win in 2016. Shortly after, I joined the senior England team as a Skills Coach.

I then moved to France, joining Bordeaux in the Top 14. Within a short time, I was promoted to Director of Rugby at 33, tasked with modernizing the club both on and off the field. Over 18 months, I led significant changes in mindset, facilities, and culture, positioning the club for future success.

Most recently, I worked as Attack Coach at Racing 92 during the 2022/23 season, collaborating with world-class players like Gael Fickou, Finn Russell, and Cameron Woki. 

Now, I’m excited to pass on my experiences, offering individual and group sessions to help develop the next generation of athletes and to also support coaches in enhancing their skills.
